The first in a series of Next Generation News Gathering products, Troll Systems’ XNG receive system is a fully self-contained COFDM receive site capable of tracking a helicopter at a range of 180km or receiving a strong signal in dense RF environmnets.
The TouchStar™ ground based products create
a link between command centers and remotely operated devices,
such as antennas, receivers, transmitters, switchers, decoders,
camera systems and various others.

TouchStar™ Master Control systems
provide full function access to remote camera and receive
site equipment. The intuitive touchscreen interface allows
operators to control cameras and remote site controllers
at numerous locations with ease. The highly configurable
TouchStar™ software seamlessly navigates from one
receive site to the next with the click of a button, and
there is virtually no limit to the number of remote sites
a single master can control. |

The S750 is designed to provide maximum
flexibility to control a wide range of remote ENG and
ALE equipment. Unlike others, the S750 is compatible
with antennas and receivers from multiple vendors allowing
users to integrate control of existing and new equipment.
Field-upgradeable, the S750 can change with the times,
adding support for a wide range of digital equipment including
Mpeg and HD decoders.

Designed as an affordable remote site controller for ground receive sites, the S350 provides a control interface for A/V switching, spectrum monitoring, the latest digital receivers and decoders through the TouchStar Master Control System. The S350 provides full control over polarization, channel, offset, band and other on site equipment, but eliminates the pan/tilt steering found on the S750. In this configuration, the S350 creates a cost optimized remote site controller designed specifically for sites where rotating antenna or camera systems, are not in use.

The X350 is designed as an expansion unit for Trolls entire line of remote site controller for ground receive sites. The X350 provides additional interface, switching and communications channels to help bring all your remote site equipment under digital control.

The TNS 3000, Troll's Network Server and the modem based UCC-2000 are powerful communications
controllers that provide a wide range of flexible connection

It integrates Troll’s award winning HD camera enclosure with JVC’s ProHD Model GY-HD200 Camcorder to bring you True HD Quality at an SD Price. The system is comprised of Troll’s HD camera enclosure, control electronics, interface box, the JVC ProHD Camcorder, and QuickSet’s heavy-duty precision pan and tilt positioner. The JVC ProHD Camera features a built-in MPEG-2 encoder and provides IEEE 1394 (firewire) output to either ASI or IP. |
